Exchange requests will not be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must pass our quality inspection. If no fault is found on our part, the exchange request may be declined.

We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product is found to be used or in unsatisfactory condition.

The product must be sent back in the same manner as received. Please ensure it is properly packed and sealed.

Naazukii is not responsible for products lost during transit. Customers are advised to retain tracking details and inform us once the product has been dispatched until delivery is confirmed.
