Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
