RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Naazukii, we do not offer returns. All our products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they reflect our commitment to excellence. However, exchanges are permitted under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defect
If there is a manufacturing defect on our part, we will accept the product for inspection. Once received, the item will undergo a quality check. If a defect for which we are responsible is confirmed, we will remake the item purchased.
Incorrect Size or Fit
If the garment received is of an incorrect size or does not fit as per your expectations, we offer alteration or exchange options.

Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and must meet the following conditions:
All original labels and tags must be intact
The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered
The item must be free from stains
